Innovation is not a new concept, or idea - it has been utilized worldwide by a host of organisations to transform their working environments, products and services. We need innovation to introduce new ways of working, and to push the boundaries established for us by the current status quo.

If we do not actively encourage those among us that we can label as innovators or agents of change, then we will always end up with the same results. If we incur the same results, we will never achieve the change that is especially needed within the humanitarian and aid sector.
