Training & Capacity Building
We design and deliver practical learning experiences that strengthen organisational capacity for innovation, evidence generation, and impact in humanitarian settings. Our training includes introductory training on humanitarian innovation fundamentals, coaching and technical support during the piloting phase to ensure effective implementation, and advanced support for scaling innovations and measuring impact (e.g. SHINE IT).
Investigation, Exploration, and Brokering
We help organisations analyse their challenges to make them innovation-ready, identify possible solutions to adapt and adopt, and develop effective partnerships.
Program Design & Implementation
Anchored in RIL’s Core Pillars and leveraging RIL’s global network, we design and deliver programs to amplify the impact of humanitarian innovation.
