Training & Capacity Building
We design and deliver practical learning experiences that strengthen organisational capacity for innovation, evidence generation, and impact in humanitarian settings. Our training includes introductory training on humanitarian innovation fundamentals, coaching and technical support during the piloting phase to ensure effective implementation, and advanced support for scaling innovations and measuring impact (e.g. SHINE IT).

Anchored in RIL’s Core Pillars and leveraging RIL’s global network, we design and deliver programs to amplify the impact of humanitarian innovation. RIL’s localised approach recognises affected communities as co-creators rather than passive beneficiaries: we are committed to engaging the affected populations throughout the process and delivering our programs with and for them.

Strategy Development & Strategic Facilitation
We facilitate strategic thinking and organisational change through participatory processes, helping organisations strengthen innovation leadership and long-term direction. Changes start with the mindset and strategy is a compass. Drawing on RIL’s extensive field-based network and over a decade’s of field-level programming experience, we translate the operational needs at the field level and local insights to guide the leadership for strategic decision-making, paving the path forward to deliver greater impact for the affected communities.
