Join us online! | HNPW 2026: Humanitarian Innovation Past, Present, and Future

How has the humanitarian innovation space evolved over the past decade? What trends are currently shaping the sector? And where are we heading?

You are invited to join us online at RIL’s HNPW webinar! This 120-minute session will explore the development of humanitarian innovation and envision its future through the lens of an Ecosystem Facilitator’s 10-year journey.

The session will be online on Thursday, March 5, from 10:00 to 12:00 CET

The session will bring together global and local humanitarian innovation actors who have experienced the sector’s evolution from different perspectives over the past decade to identify key learnings, assess the current state of play, and reflect on what emerging trends signal for the future of humanitarian innovation. Speakers will include founding members of Response Innovation Lab, representatives from the first wave of RIL Country Labs, peer and partner organisations (both global and local), and innovators who have navigated the system while scaling their solutions.

The session is divided into three interactive sections, combining “story sharing” with interactive exercises for the audience. The “storytellers” joining the session include:

  • Aeshah Mohammed, Project Manager at Rwanga Foundation for Development

  • Charlène Cabot, RIL Alum, Learning & Innovation Advisor for impact-led organisations
