Work for All Incubator

Supporting Iraqi youth access to employment

The Iraq Response Innovation Lab (IRIL) has supported two innovative projects under Madad’s fund and under the Work for All initiative to support youth’s access to job opportunities and skills development. Both projects support opportunities for decent employment by creating a market linkage platform and an interactive job portal. IRIL has supported these projects by assisting with planning, execution, brainstorming, and the development of concepts, marketing, and funding.

The Incubator offers the following services:

  • Business coaching

  • Mentoring

  • Training

  • Space

The Incubator utilizes a network of partners and experts to tailor technical expertise to the need of each start-up. By the end of the incubation, the innovators will have the business skills to scale further and pitch for funding at the IRIL Innovation Pool Fund and beyond.
