Five STA-z literacy and numeracy board game in Kyangwali
Planning for Tomorrow Youth Organisation started a HOME LEARNING program where they sent teachers to the homes of the children they supported to deliver learning aid materials and also teach them in small groups. During the lockdown, they also introduced the FIVE STA-Z ((by MY HOME Stars) academic board game which they used to facilitate learning in an interesting way for English and maths. The HOME LEARNING program and the FIVE STA-Z academic board game were tested in Hoima, Kyangwali refugee settlement.
